Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

  • Non-payment of fees after reasonable notice
  • Completion of project deliverables

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chengdu, Sichuan Province.

Modifications to Terms

Severability
